- Take 1 can caramelised condensed milk

- Remove from heat and stir in the milk powder and almond powder. Pour in the greased tray or be innovative and let it cool for 10 minutes.
- On a greased proof paper roll the fudge. - Roll 2 different colour of fondant. Press the mould on one colour fondant first then on to the fudge and again on fondant. Repeat and decorate with flowers. Or just do plain fudge with no fondant.
