Fruit cake is one of the most well liked of current trending foods in the world. It is enjoyed by millions every day. It is simple, it is fast, it tastes yummy. Fruit cake is something which I’ve loved my entire life. They are fine and they look fantastic.

A dense cake filled with dried nuts and fruits and spiked with spiced rum that just happens to be gluten free. It will change your mind on fruitcakes.   3. Take 100 g brown sugar

  5. Put the mixture in the baking sheet making sure that it's well based in the baking sheet
  6. Put it in the oven at a temperature of 150 degrees for 1hr 30 min
  7. Test the cake using a dried knife… If there is no wet mixture… The cake is ready

In another bowl, cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Combine dried fruits, candied ginger and both zests. Place fruit and liquid in a non-reactive pot with the sugar,. Add the walnuts, dates, cherries and mangoes; toss to coat. Slowly pour remaining rum over cake.
