In this recipe egg yolks are left out, because working with raw eggs makes me a bit uncomfortable. At first, I thought f pasteurizing them with the sugar in a water bath, but this would make the recipe more difficult and time.

  1. Get 250 grams mascarpone
  2. Prepare 4 tablespoons brown sugar

  4. Get 3 cups coffee

  6. Prepare 1 shot Ginja or other liquors

Eggless Tiramisu is what we're making today. Ladyfingers or savoiardi biscuits soaked in freshly brewed espresso and layered in between whipped swoops of mascarpone and finished with a generous dusting of cocoa powder. Now, that is my idea of a fantastic, no-bake dessert. An authentic tiramisu would t raditionally be made from ladyfingers dipped in coffee and then layered with a mixture of whipped cream, eggs, sugar, mascarpone cheese and sometimes, alcohol.

Instructions to make Tiramisu’ in Glass (No Eggs):
  1. Whip mascarpone in sugar then add ginja until the mixture is thick and fluffy, mixing it well.
  2. Quickly dip half of the ladyfingers coffee and place them in the bottom of 6 glasses.
  3. Try to cover the entire base of the glass with the ladyfingers. Now divide half of the mascarpone cream into the glasses. Continue with a new layer of ladyfingers dipped in coffee and then finish with the remaining cream, dividing it into glasses.
  4. A generous sprinkle of bitter cocoa and put the Tiramisu by the glass in the fridge until it's time to serve it to your guests or your family. Simple, fast, but above all delicious!

Now, that is my idea of a fantastic, no-bake dessert. An authentic tiramisu would t raditionally be made from ladyfingers dipped in coffee and then layered with a mixture of whipped cream, eggs, sugar, mascarpone cheese and sometimes, alcohol. It is then dusted with cocoa powder and served with chocolate shavings. This Easy Eggless Tiramisu is rich, decadent, and totally delicious! It's easy to make with the most delightful layers of espresso-dipped homemade ladyfingers and creamy mascarpone filling.
