  1. prepare noodles as directed on package
  2. In a large skillet cook meat until well browned.
  3. add chopped onion, mushrooms and garlic, stir until well mixed.
  4. add 1 cup water, simmer on medium heat until mushrooms are tender
  5. while meat is cooking, prepare gravy mix as directed
  6. add gravy to meat, mushrooms , and garlic mixture.
  7. simmer until thickened.
  8. stir in sour cream
  9. simmer another 10 minutes, then pour over noodles.
  10. serve hot with garlic bread and salad. or sides of your choice.
  11. enjoy
