  13. Take 1 tbsp Lime juice
  14. Get 1 tsp Sugar
  15. Take 1 Tomato chopped
  16. Take as required Spring onion chopped
  17. Get handful Coriander leaves for garnishing

So you don't get soggy, clumpy Thai fried rice. Khao Pad Sapparot (Khao Pad Sapparod) is a Thai fried rice dish with pineapple. The sweetness of the pineapple complements the shrimp and curry flavors well. This means Thai cooks mix in garlic, chili and basil.

Steps to make Khao Pad (Thai Fried Rice):
  1. Wash and pat dry chicken.
  2. Add soya sauce and cornflour in chicken and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Fry eggs into pieces.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Add chopped garlic and saute 3 minutes.
  6. Now add the chicken pieces and stir for 10 minutes.
  7. Add onion and chilli pepper.
  8. Add tomato, spring onion and eggs.
  9. In a different pan add fish sauce, Thai pepper powder, salt, sugar, lime juice and cooked rice.
  10. Mix them together.
  11. Add vegetable and chicken in rice.
  12. Again mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  13. Serve with lemon wedges and cucumber slices.
