  1. Prepare butter
  2. Prepare large eggs
  3. Make ready sugar
  4. Make ready jaggery
  5. Get salt
  6. Make ready vanill essence

Instructions to make Walnut Fudge Brownie:
  1. Preheat oven at 170° and line 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Sift maida, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt into a bowl.
  3. Whisk butter, jaggery and sugar into another bowl untill it's smooth and creamy.
  4. Next add egg & vanilla essence and whisk again.
  5. Now transfer the dry ingredients into wet ingredients and fold it gradually using spatula.
  6. Once everything mix well, transfer the brownie batter into pan and tap twice to level it down.
  7. Now bake it into oven at 170° for 28-30 mins.
  8. Now let it cool for 10 mins and then demould it from the pan.
  9. Cut into squares and enjoy with Icecream.
