The ingredients needed to make Custard kulfi:
  1. Prepare 4 tbps custard powder
  2. Take Sugar as per your taste
  3. Prepare 1 ltr milk

I was thinking to prepare kulfi but can't find my moulds. I made this almond vanilla custard kulfi in box which I had learnt from my Mom, plays role of ice cream too. Let it come to a simmer. Meantime, mix remaining ¼ cup of milk and custard powder in a small bowl and make a lump-free mixture.

Instructions to make Custard kulfi:
  1. Boil milk in vessel on medium flame
  2. Continuous stir the milk
  3. In small bowl add lukewarm milk 2-3 table spoon
  4. Add custard powder in it and mix well
  5. Pour custard solution in milk when initially kept on boil
  6. Stir milk up till it reduced to half of it quantity in semi liqiud form
  7. Switch the flame and let it be cool
  8. Then pour it in mould and refrigerate it for 8 hrs

Let it come to a simmer. Meantime, mix remaining ¼ cup of milk and custard powder in a small bowl and make a lump-free mixture. The nose behind this fragrance is Angela St. Rose Custard Kulfi is a loose interpretation of the Indian dessert kulfi, with a twist and quite a few additional embellishments. Rosewater, saffron and cardamom infused coconut vanilla custard is topped with caramelized sugar, chopped dates, crushed pistachios and lime zest.
