  4. Mix continuously, keeping the flame on low. the milk changes color to dark yellow. if you find lumps in custard, feel free to pass it through a fine-mesh sieve into a different bow.
  5. Furthermore, it thickens slightly. adjust the consistency by cooking for a long time. and do not overcook as it turns thick. - Transfer to a small bowl and cool completely. make sure to cover else a thick layer will be formed over custard milk.

  9. Finally, ready to serve fruit custard chilled.
