  1. Boil the water
  2. Put all of the tea and some honey into a cup then pour in the hot water
  3. Steep the tea for 5 minutes
  4. Fill a quart sized container with ice
  5. Pour the hot tea over the ice
  6. Add the ginger and blueberries
  7. Pour the juice over the top until filled
  8. Add more honey if you want it to be sweeter or stevia or agave nectar
  9. You now have a weeks worth of the detox mix for every morning or drink one quart throughout the day
