  3. Phir us mixture ko ubalte hue doodh m dalein
  4. Phir sugar dal dein
  5. Ab banana custard ko dish out krein
  6. Raffan jelly ko ubalte hue pani m dale 5 min cook krein then usay b dish out krein
  7. Phir last m custard or jelly ko fridge m thanda krein or thanda hone ke bad us custard par colorful jelly se garnish krein..

Temper egg yolks by adding a small amount of hot liquid, then return all to the saucepan. Cook until thickened, then remove from heat. Just before serving, fold in banana slices. Unlike other custard recipes, the sweetness comes from the all-natural bananas, which is something to feel good about. Slice up your bananas as the custard cools slightly.
