Hey everyone, it’s Brad, welcome to our recipe page. Today, we’re going to prepare a distinctive dish, churros. One of my favorites food recipes. This time, I am going to make it a little bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Churros is one of the most well liked of recent trending meals on earth. It is appreciated by millions daily. It is easy, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. Churros is something which I’ve loved my whole life. They are nice and they look fantastic.

Stir with a wooden spoon until thickened,. Remove from heat and stir in flour. Prepare the dough while oil is heating. Churros are fairly simple to make and worth all the effort.

Steps to make Churros:
  1. Mix the water, butter, sugar and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. In the meantime, heat the frying oil in a deep pot or skillet.
  2. Then, combine the flour and reduce the heat to medium-low, stirring constantly until the dough forms and is smooth
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool for 5 minutes. In the meantime, whisk together the sugar and cinnamon powder in a shallow dish/plate.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixture and stir until it smoothens.
  5. Transfer the dough in a piping bag with a rounded star tip and pipe it into the hot oil, cutting it every ~15cm with a pair of scissors.
  6. Deep fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side. Drain the oil on a paper towel and immediately coat it with the sugar/cinnamon mixture mentioned in step 3.
  7. Serve warm, with optional chocolate ganache or caramel sauce.
