Hey everyone, hope you’re having an incredible day today. Today, we’re going to make a distinctive dish, bread dumpling. It is one of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I’m gonna make it a bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Bread dumplings are staples in the cuisines of Central and Eastern Europe. What started as a way of repurposing stale bread became a full flavorful dish in itself. Bread dumpling recipes are varied across the region, but in general they use either flour or stale bread, yeast (or other leavening agents), eggs, salt, and a liquid for binding. Fill a large saucepan with salted water and bring to a boil.

Bread dumpling is one of the most favored of recent trending meals in the world. It’s appreciated by millions daily. It is simple, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. They’re nice and they look wonderful. Bread dumpling is something which I’ve loved my whole life.

To begin with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few components. You can cook bread dumpling using 6 ingredients and 9 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Bread dumpling:
  1. Take 600 g whitebread
  2. Prepare 1 bunch corriander
  3. Prepare 3 midium sized onions tiny cut
  4. Take 3 cloved garlic minced
  5. Get 2 eggs
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup milk

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. When the water is boiling, make a test dumpling about the size of a small orange or tangerine, by patting and cupping between wet hands. Gently drop into the boiling water. Chop the hardened bread into small cubes and place them in a large bowl.

Instructions to make Bread dumpling:
  1. In a pot under medium heat, fry the onions and garlic till soft. Remove from fire.
  2. Place a pot of water on fire and bring to boil.
  3. Cut the bread into pieces/cubes. Add the cooked onions, beaten eggs, milk and combine
  4. Roll into rod like shape and place them on an oiled Foil.
  5. Wrap it nicely such that water, water won't be able to penetrate to the dumpling.
  6. Place them in the boiling water. Cook for 30-45 mins. The lemons prevents the sufiria from becoming dark.
  7. When cooked. Unwrap.
  8. Cut into slices.
  9. Serve hot with any meat stew

Gently drop into the boiling water. Chop the hardened bread into small cubes and place them in a large bowl. Heat the butter in a frying pan and cook the onions just until transparent, do not brown them. The color of your dumplings will reflect the type of bread you use. Darker for a whole wheat bread, lighter for a white bread.
