  8. Place fruit mince in pastry cases and top with any left over rounds of pastry or make stars out of left over pastry.
  9. Bake in moderate oven around 180 degress celsius for about 15-20 mins, until pastry has lighly browned.
  10. Remove from oven let stand in pan for 10 mins,then remove from pan and place on wire rack to cool completely.
  11. When cool sift icing sugar over top of pies.
