  2. Prepare 10 large eggs

  5. Make ready 200 g horlicks - sifted (see pic)
  6. Get 480 g milk powder - sifted (any brand)
Instructions to make No-Flour Rara Cake:
  1. Prepare ingredients. Below are the pictures of some ingredients used. Got these from Coles. The first picture is what we called as ‘horlicks’ known as Malted milk Drink here in australia. The other two pictures are the example of kaya/coconut jam that can be bought from Asian grocery.
  2. Cream butter and egg until fluffy.
  3. Add condensed milk. Mix but Use the lowest speed.
  4. Add horlicks in batches. Then Srikaya/kaya/coconut jam. Mix well.
  5. Add milk powder in batches using the lowest speed of your mixer. Mix until well combined.
  6. Pour batter into Lined 9” square cake pan with parchment paper (I used round cake pan). Cover cake pan with aluminum foil. Steam for 2 hours or until cooked - or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
