  11. Take 1/2 cup Milk powder
  12. Make ready 1 teaspoon each Muskmelon seeds and pumpkin seeds

You can use a prepared dried fruit mixture available in most supermarkets, or blend your own to create an individual cake, balance the mixture to your preferences (I love more raisins, cranberries,prunes and less chopped dates in mine). Grate the rind of lemon and orange and keep it aside. Combine dried fruits, candied ginger and both zests. Place fruit and liquid in a non-reactive pot with the sugar,.

Instructions to make Dry fruit Cake:
  1. Sieve all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.
  2. Take a mixer jar, add sugar,milk powder,oil and milk.Blend.
  3. Transfer the batter into a mixing bowl,mix dry ingredients into it by cut and fold method.
  4. Add vanilla essence into it.
  5. Cut almonds, cashew nuts and Pistachio into small pieces.Dust it with all-purpose flour.
  6. Add dry fruits and seeds into the wet batter and mix.
  7. Grease the baking tin and dust with all-purpose flour.
  8. Pour the mixture into the greased baking sprinkle seeds and dry fruits over it.
  9. Bake it at 180 degree for 35 min.Cool and demould the cake.
  10. Melt white chocolate in double boiler and make petals out of it.Keep them in the fridge for 5 min.
  11. Assemble the petals like a rose and fix it into the center.
  12. A beautiful and nutritious cake is ready to serve.
