The ingredients needed to make Bottlegourd Smoothie:
  1. Take 200-250 gms Bottlegourd/ Louki/ Dudhi /Lau
  2. Prepare as required Juice of one Lemon
  3. Take as per taste Black rock salt
  4. Get Bunch coriander leaves
  5. Get as required Tiny fresh ginger / mango ginger
  6. Take As needed Tiny fresh turmeric
  7. Take 1 cup water
  8. Make ready as required Little roasted Cumin powder

Try combining the lauki juice with ingredients like carrots or other greens such that you reap the benefits of bottle gourd in smoothies. Once a week if we include it in our daily smoothies, it could be beneficial. Steps to make Bottlegourd Smoothie:

  2. Add all ingredients along with a cup of water in a mixer jar or smoothie blender jar and blend/ grind till it's smooth.
  3. Pour it in a glass or have it directly from smoothie blender jar. Sprinkle some more roasted Cummin powder, if you wish. Happy Detoxifying!!!!
