Coconut Dumplings are considered festival delicacies and can be served as an Evening snack. When the dumplings are ready, add the coconut milk and cilantro to the warm stew and stir. Divide the stew between bowls and top with the dumplings, dunking the dumplings into the stew to soften them.   1. Take a Pan/Kardhai.Put 1 cup of Palm pulp and heat it.
  2. Now put salt as per taste and 2 tbsp of jaggery.Mix together well.
  3. Then add Rice flour and mix it well.
  4. Remove it from the Pan and put in a plate.
  5. Now keep it for 10 mins for little cooling.
  6. In another pan,take grated coconut and add 1 cup jaggery and let it melt.
  7. Now keep stirring and when it becomes sticky.Then remove from the pan.
  8. Now mash the dough well and make small balls to it.
  9. Then make it like small bowl and put 1 tsp of stuffing and make any kind of design.
  10. Take a momo maker and pour water.Boil it.
  11. In the upper part,put the dumplings and steam it for 20 mins.
  12. And hot Coconut Palm Dumplings are ready to serve.Enjoy the taste.

Divide the stew between bowls and top with the dumplings, dunking the dumplings into the stew to soften them. In a medium sized bowl, mix the eggs, salt, coconut flour, psyllium husks, baking powder and thyme. Add a little broth until the dough sticks together. Heat up frying oil of choice (we used coconut) in a skillet or pan over low heat. Add dumplings to pan and baste the tops right away and constantly to seal them shut.
