  10. Prepare 1 cup any fresh berries (I used blueberries for this one.)
  11. Make ready 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  12. Get 1 tbsp flax seed oil/walnut oil
  13. Get 2 cups filtered water, or more as needed for consistency
  14. Get 1 large and mighty blender in which to cram it all. It doesn't have to be an expensive one, just big enough to hold all of this, even if you have to hold the lid down
