  1. Combine all ingredients except for biscuits in a crockpot on low
  2. Cook for 5-6 hours, then remove squirrel
  3. Debone squirrels and put meat back into crockpot.
  4. Cut biscuits into 1/2-3/4 pieces and place on top of of squirrels and broth, spooning a bit of both on top of the biscuits. Turn on high and cook for one additional hour.

Using the slow cooker gives great flavor without the need to stand over the stove all day. Boil squirrels in four quarts of water until tender. Remove squirrels from broth, let cool, then remove meat from bones. Place the squirrels in a large pot.
