  2. In a medium stock pot, add in 8-10 cups of water and bring to boil. Add in chicken bouillon to water to flavor the dumplings. With a large spoon and butter knife, fill spoon with dough. Dip knife into boiling water and cut off small pieces of the dough and let drop into broth. Continue dipping the knife with every spoonful (it helps to prevent sticking). Dumplings are done once they start to float.
