  3. When it comes to the boil pour the boiling milk into the custard powder and whisk quickly as it goes thick really quick. If not add it back to the saucepan bri g to the boil and then whisk again quickly so its thick but not lumpy.
  4. When the custard is cooled add it on top of the peaches evenly cover the peaches then add to the fridge.
  5. Now add the flour to a bowl add the butter and mix in eith your fingers until it looks crumbly. If you put some in your hand squeeze if it stays in a lump then crumbls eadily when squeezed.
  6. When its all crumbly add 1 tsp granulated sugar mix in then add to an oven dish and cook unyil browned and crumbly. Preheat the oven 190°C for 20 mins Turn it all over after 10 minutes then add back to the oven to finish off. When cooked let it cool then sprinkle on top of the custard.
  7. Serve cold, have whipped cream or runny custard to serve.
  8. Spoon it out with a large spoon.
