Bring the water and brown rice to a boil in a saucepan. DIRECTIONS In medium saucepan, combine rice, milk, syrup [& raisins, if including them], & bring to boil. Remove from heat & stir in butter & cinnamon. Stir in milk and brown sugar.

  3. Allow to cool and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
