  3. Place the dough on a work surface and knead well for 10 minutes until you get a smooth dough
  4. Open the dough 2 cm thick then cut it into rings, place the dough on baking paper, cover it and let it ferment for 15 minutes, then fry it over medium heat
  5. Place the donuts on a paper towel and let cool, sprinkle with granulated sugar, you can fill them with pastry cream or nutela
