  1. I bought the semolina from Carrefour.
  2. Add the all-purpose flour, the semolina, sugar, and salt together mix.
  3. Make a well at the center. Add water little by little as you knead
  4. Transfer the dough to your work surface and knead for 7 minutes until soft.
  5. Place it in a bowl cover with cling film and let it rest for 1 hour.
  6. After an hour apply oil on the dough divide into six balls apply oil on them and let rest for 10 minutes. Cover with cling film
  7. Mix baking powder with semolina flour
  8. Take one ball at a time spread with oil into a big thin circle. Apply margarine and semolina flour mixed with baking powder
  9. Fold the circle into three,.then apply margarine and semolina flour.
  10. Then fold it again into a cylinder shape, tuck in the end part
  11. Do this for all ball.
  12. Preheat your pan., spread into a circle and put oil in a pan fry it as you keep turning till ready to serve.
  13. Keep in a warm continue cook all the other chapatis.
