  1. Atty mein Namak dal ke hath sy mix kar lein.
  2. Phr thora thora kar ke pani add krty jaein aur aty ko achi trha gund ke dough bana lein or cover kar ke thori dyr ke lye side py rakh dein ta ke set ho jaye.
  3. Ab thora atta hath mein lein kar perra(dough ball) bana lein.
  4. Phr perra hathon ki ungliyon ki madad sy round thin kar Lein or dry flour dust kar ke bail Lein.
  5. Ab isy achi trah bail lein or roti ko preheated tawwa py dal dein.
  6. 1 side sy thora pakny dein phr roti ki side change krein.
  7. Ab dono sides sy achi trah saink lein.
  8. Garma garamroti tayar ha.

I have given my best to share all the minute details to master chapati making. I learnt this roti puffing method only very recently and I consider it as one of this years achievements haha…sounds silly?!
