Steps to make Napoleon lemon cream pastry:
  1. Pre heat the oven at 170 degrees and prepare the custard.
  2. Then prepare the whipped cream: In 100 mil whipped cream, add 2 tsp fresh lemon juice and 2 pinch lime colour and mix well. Refrigerate until use.
  3. Now cut 3 puff pastry sheets into half.
  4. Lay them on a baking sheet, brush with egg and bake for 10- 15 minutes, till they turn light golden.
  5. Now mix together the whipped cream and cooled down custard.(use a strainer for custard to avoid any lumps)
  6. Now add a layer of mixed custard and cream on two slices of puff pastry and lay them above each other.
  7. Top with third pastry. Sprinkle some icing sugar and decorate with nutella spread.
  8. Let cool and serve with tea or coffee.
