  5. Roll the dough until it’s about 1 -1.5 cm in thickness. Using moulds, cut out the dough and lay the pieces on a tray covered with baking paper.
  6. It is also fun to play with various shapes - here is my niece using her play-dough moulds.
  7. Combine the cut offs with your hands and repeat the process until all the dough has been used up
  8. Lay the pieces on a baking tray leaving a bit of space between the them.
  9. You can brush the top of the pastries with milk or egg and / or sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  10. Pre-heat the oven to 200C / 220C or 390 F. Bake the pastries uncovered, not opening the oven until they start to be rosey and start smelling their delicious smell - typically 15-20 minutes, depending on the oven.
  11. Take out and let cool for 10 min, then put in a bowl and serve.
