  5. Add the passata, a small pinch sugar, basil and a spoon of bouillon. Leave to cook on slow heat for 10 min
  6. Add the speck back into the sauce and cook for 1 minute
  7. Drain the pasta and pour it back into the pot. Add the sauce to the pasta and mix well
  8. Pour pasta into an oven dish and cover with dry mozzarella
  9. Bake in the oven until golden (15 minutes)

Drain the pasta shapes and stir in to the chicken and tomato sauce. Transfer to a shallow heatproof dish and sprinkle over the grated mozzarella.
