The ingredients needed to make Fifteens:
  1. Prepare 15 digestive biscuits
  2. Take 15 marshmallows (or many more smaller ones)
  3. Prepare 15 glazed cherries cut in 2 (I replaced them with 150g milk chocolate)
  4. Take 200 ml can condensed milk
  5. Take 50-100 g Desiccated coconut
Steps to make Fifteens:
  1. Crush or blitz the digestives and put in big bowl. Add condensed milk then marshmallows and either cherries or chocolate. Mix well to ensure all ingredients well mixed with the milk in particular.
  2. Lay out cling film and spread coconut all along the base. Lift mix from bowl and arrange in a sausage-like shape. Pat your mixture into shape and coat sides and top with more coconut. Wrap cling film around tightly and tie at both ends. Allow to chill in fridge for few hours. Then unwrap and cut into (roughly) fifteen treats.
