Beef stroganoff is one of the most popular of recent trending meals in the world. It is easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. It is appreciated by millions daily. They are nice and they look wonderful. Beef stroganoff is something that I have loved my entire life.

To get started with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook beef stroganoff using 8 ingredients and 9 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Beef stroganoff:
  1. Get 400 g Fillet of beef
  2. Take 50 g Butter or oil
  3. Take to taste Salt,pepper
  4. Prepare 25 g Shallots finely chopped
  5. Take Lemon juice
  6. Make ready 125 ml Dry white wine
  7. Make ready 125 ml Cream
  8. Make ready Parsley chopped
Instructions to make Beef stroganoff:
  1. Cut the meat into strips
  2. Place the oil in a saute pan over a fierce heat
  3. Add the beef strips,lightly season with salt and pepper,and allow to cook rapidly for a few seconds.the beef should be brown but under done
  4. Drain the beef into a colander.pour the oil back into the pan
  5. Add the shallots,cover with a lid and allow to cook gently until tender
  6. Drain off the fat,add the wine and reduce to one third
  7. Add the cream
  8. Add the lemon juice and beef strips do not reboil..correct the seasoning
  9. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley
