Hey everyone, it’s Drew, welcome to our recipe page. Today, I will show you a way to prepare a special dish, sausage and potato pot. It is one of my favorites. For mine, I’m gonna make it a little bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Sausage and potato pot is one of the most favored of current trending foods on earth. It’s easy, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. It is appreciated by millions daily. Sausage and potato pot is something that I’ve loved my whole life. They’re fine and they look fantastic.

To begin with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few components. You can have sausage and potato pot using 15 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Sausage and potato pot:
  1. Get 3 onions, cut in half and sliced
  2. Get 50 ml olive oil
  3. Make ready 2 tbsp cake flour
  4. Take 1 can peeled and chopped tomatoes (410g)
  5. Make ready 6 large potatoes, peeled and cut into 8 pieces each
  6. Prepare 1 can coconut milk
  7. Make ready 3 large yellow bell peppers, sliced
  8. Get 4 twiggs of fresh thyme, chopped
  9. Make ready 1 hand full of fresh coriander, roughly chopped
  10. Get 1 1/4 kg sausage, use any 2 different types, I use beef cocktail chipalatas and russian/savaloy (you can also use vegetarian sausage)
  11. Take 15 ml worcestershire sauce
  12. Get 20 ml soy sauce
  13. Prepare 10 ml garlic paste
  14. Prepare 200 ml full cream milk
  15. Take 1 salt and pepper to taste
Instructions to make Sausage and potato pot:
  1. Fry the onions in the olive oil until they turn almost transluscent
  2. Add the cake flower and fry for 30 seconds
  3. Add the tomatoes and simmer on a medium heat for 5 minutes stirring every 2-3 minutes
  4. Add the potatoes and coconut milk, simmer for a further 40 minutes. Stirring every 5-6 minutes
  5. In the meantime brown the sausage, cut into thick slices. If you use beef cocktail chipalatas, don't slice them. Set the sausage aside for now
  6. Add to the potato, tomato and onion mix the worcestershire sauce, soya sauce, garlic, yellow bell peppers, salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes
  7. Add the sausage, milk, thyme, coriander and simmer for a further 20 minutes or until the potatoes are soft
  8. Serve with bread or rice
