Par boil chopped mushroom - and matar(green peas). - Now heat oil in a cooker and add cumin seeds,cloves,cinnamon and hing and saute them. - Now add grind paste of ginger and Gaelic,onion,tomato and tomato ketchup and saute them on sim. - Now add turmeric powder,black pepper powder,coriander powder and salt as per taste,maggi magic masala-1/2teaspoon and mix well on
