  1. Get 2 packs Mange Tout Peas
  2. Prepare 1/2 each Red, Green and Orange Sweet Pepper

Instructions to make Use it or Lose it Stew!:
  1. Chop up the Bacon and start to fry in a little Oil, in a large pan. Meanwhile chop everything else and add to pot when Bacon is cooked. Add the rest of the Oil.
  2. Heat gently until everything is sizzling. Add the stock and give it all a good stir.
  3. Cook for 5-10 minutes until everything is bubbling and the bits of carrots,(longest to cook!), are soft. Serve with slices of bread and a big spoon!. Enjoy!!
