  1. Mix flour, salt and yeast in bowl then pour in warm water and a teaspoon of evoo. Mix well. Kneed for 10 mins, then put in greased, covered bowl to rise for an hour
  2. Kneed dough for a minute then divide in to 18 golf balls. Roll in a bowl with the pesto so all balls get well coated, then fill the bottom of a large cake tin, cover and let rise for another hour
  3. Preheat oven to 180C/350F. Cover dough balls with mixed cheese and bake for 20-25 mins or until golden brown.
