  17. Get 500 ml beef stock
  18. Get Salt to taste

Well I made it with a few additions/subs. Chopped anaheim chillis instead of cayane pepper, a habanaro seasoning instead of chilli seasoning, some bell peppers, mushroom and chopped spinach. Instructions to make Chilli on a Budget:
  1. Heat the olive oil over medium heat. Then add the garlic, cumin, ginger, chilli powder and coriander. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Add the mince to the pan and brown evenly. Next add the onions, peppers and mushrooms. Cook for 5-8 minutes or until the vegetable have softened.
  3. Add the kidney beans and cook for a few more minutes. Then add the tins of tomatoes and stir to combine.
  4. Lastly add the beef stock, sugar and tomato puree. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 60-90 minutes on low. Stir occasionally.
