Made with a tomato base, red chilli flakes, additional green chillies, garlic and seasoned to taste the way you like it.

Instructions to make Spicy Mince Pasta:
  1. Boil the pasta in enough water until al dente and strain. Set aside.
  2. On medium heat, add the oil and onions to a pot and fry until the onions are soft. Add the tomatoes, dhanya and jeera powder and cook for 5 mins. Add the masala,washed mince and garlic and ginger, let it cook for 10mins.
  3. Add the salt, mix and cook for 30mins. Add the pasta sauce and stir in the pasta.
  4. Mix through and serve.

The key to this spicy and delicious pasta dish is the angry (arrabbiata) sauce. Made with a tomato base, red chilli flakes, additional green chillies, garlic and seasoned to taste the way you like it. Heat oil in a large frypan and brown the mince, add onion and spinach then cook until the onion has softened. Add garlic, Italian herbs, chilli flakes, tomato paste and canned tomatoes then mix well with mince. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to the boil.
