  2. Take 2 tbsp custard powder

Kulfi falooda is a gorgeous and delicious dessert. It tastes as great as it looks. I make a lot of kulfi like malai, Kesar Badam or pista but this time tried a different combination and everyone loved it. So here's the recipe of custard tutti fruti kulfi with rose flavoured falooda and topped with basil… The basic falooda recipe, a milk based dessert, has rose syrup, falooda sev or vermicelli, milk, falooda seeds (basil seeds) and ice cream going into it.

Steps to make Custard falooda:
  1. Take a pan and milk in it. Let it boil on medium flame. After 2 boils add custard syrup(custard powder and 3 teaspoon milk). Let it cook on low flame for 15 min. Stir it continuously to avoid any lumpses.
  2. Take another pan and add water in it. Let it boil and then add seviyan in it. Cook it for 5-7 min on medium flame and then switch off the flame. remove water and all let it cool in normal water to avoid over cooking.
  3. After 15 min, add seviyan and sugar in milk and cook it for another 5 min. Switch off the flame and let it cool at room temperature.
  4. After this, add fruits dry fruits chia seeds in falooda and refrigerate for 30 min.
  5. Our yummy tasty chilled custard falooda is ready.
