  12. Take 2 tbsp Oil
  13. Prepare FOR THE DOUGH
  14. Take 2 cup All purpose flour or Maida
  15. Get 1 tsp Salt
  16. Make ready 1 tsp Carom seeds
  17. Make ready 1 tbsp Oil
  18. Make ready 1/2 cup Milk
  19. Make ready as needed Water
  20. Take 2-3 cup Oil for frying
Steps to make Mutton Mince Pillows:
  1. Knead a smooth dough using all the ingredients mentioned in the list. Do use water as required. Prepare the mince filling by sauteeing the onions first. Add rest of the spices along with the mince next. Saute on a low to medium high heat for 15-18 minutes.
  2. Finally add boiled Green peas too. Garnish with Garam masala and chopped Coriander Leaves. Now divide the dough into equal sized small balls. Roll out a small disc equal to that of a Poori. Take care that you roll a thin one as we are using two discs for these Pillows.
  3. Fill the centre with the mince preparation. Top it with another one and seal the edges with your fingers pinching it down using little flour paste or simply good old water. Deep fry in hot oil on a medium high heat. These make for an excellent iftaar delight. Serve these piping hot with any Chutney of your choice. Enjoy!
