  7. Take 1 pomegranate

Instructions to make Litchi Custard:
  1. Clean all the litchi, remove the seeds and cut it vertically into two parts.
  2. In a pan put milk and let it boil in a medium flame. Then add condensed milk and whipping cream. Then mix custard powder with half cup of milk separately. And then add it on the milk.
  3. Mik all properly and check the sugar. If required add. Once the milk become thick, off the stove. Then add cut litchi and mix well. Then refrigerate it. Serve once it cold. Garnish with pomegranate.

Made in just about an hour, this dessert. The lychee is peeled, deseeded and pulverized. It's okay to have some pulp in your mix, the tender chewiness of the lychee gives the ice cream a nice texture.
