  6. Put off the flame and grease the Thali with ghee then spread evenly 1/2” thick of quinoa mango cooked mixture and cool down for normal temperature,when this mixture is set cut with the help of knife like diamond shaped.
  7. Garnish it with desiccated coconut,finely sliced almonds and pistachio slices with mango, mango sauce and chocolate sauce.tasty quinoa mango fudge is ready for served.
