Steps to make Veggie lentils:
  1. Get the ingredients together. Wash the lentils and the other ingredients
  2. Fry then onions and garlic in the spices and a little oil
  3. When they are soft
  4. Add to heating oil plus herbs and tomato juice
  5. Add onions garlic
  6. And change the pan if it is too small, (mine was!!!). Add the rest of veg - onions, garlic, sweet potato, carrot, cover with water
  7. And alcachofs, pimiento and courgette
  8. Finally add.the tomatoes, cover and leave to simmer for 25 mins
  9. Ready!!
