  2. Now add sugar and cook until dissolved. Add coarsely ground cashews and keep stirring until it forms a lump. Add 1 tablespoon of ghee and stir and remove in a plate to cool the mixture for about 10 minutes. Once cool make small balls and give them shape and garnish with almonds.
