  4. Transfer dough to a dusted working surface and add raisins. Knead for 4-5 minutes
  5. Divide the dough into equal balls and place it on a greased baking tray.
  6. Cover and let it proof for 35min.
  7. Make a paste of 2tbsp flour and 3 tbsp of water. Fill this in a piping bag or a zip lock bag.
  8. Make cross over each bun using the paste.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180'c for 20-25mins.
