  5. It is very important not to over mix this so as not to remove the air so once your mix in the baking powder, pour it out in the pan. Do not spread it with a spatula (IT WILL DEFLATE). Just let it be and leave to cool. Once cooled, you can crack it to different pieces and enjoy
