  2. Remove the bowl from the heat, allow to cool and then stir in the rest of the ingredients except for the chopped hazelnuts.
  3. Pour into a small dish lined with parchment paper (I know the photo shows clingfilm but it stuck and was difficult to get out so I suggest paper would be better).
  4. Chill in the freezer for ten mins then sprinkle the nuts on top and continue to chill until set in the fridge.
