  3. Add the refined flour mixture gradually & starts kneading.

  5. Shape the dough into medium size balls & then shape them with a cookie cutter.
  6. Place the almonds on the cookies.Arrange them one by one maintaining some gap from each other on a baking tray grease with some butter.
  7. Bake the nankhatai in a preheated oven for 15 mints.
