  2. Heat the oil, then fry the chillis and peanut.
  3. Heat the oil add mustard seed, potatoes, onion, curry leaves cook for 2-3 min then add fennel.
  4. When vegetables. get cooked put salt, turmeric powder.
  5. Add washed poha in it, cook for 3-4 min then add half tbsp sugar.
  6. Poha is ready garnish with fried chilli, peanut and coriander leaves.
