  1. Pan toast the pieces of bread until golden. Once golden drizzle some garlic oil; sprinkle on the cheese and take it off the flame and set aside. On a bowl add the onions, tomatoes, coriander, salt, pepper, lime juice, and chickpeas. Mix well until well incorporated. Top the toast with this mixture. And Enjoy!
