The ingredients needed to make Custard:
  1. Make ready 1 litre milk full cream
  2. Take 3 tablespoons custard powder
  3. Make ready 100 grams sugar

At its most basic, custard is a carefully heated mixture of hot milk or cream and egg yolk. Making custard can be a delicate process; overheating will cause the mixture to curdle.

Steps to make Custard:
  1. Mix custard powder with one cup of lukewarm milk.
  2. Boil milk add sugar then gradually add custard mix and keep stirring to avoid lumps for 2 minutes. Allowed to cool garnish with fruits and dry fruits.
  3. This is my favourite dessert after a meal.

Whisk milk, eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla together in a bowl until completely combined. Place cups in a baking pan and fill pan with enough hot water to reach halfway up the sides of the custard cups. Allow milk to scald (heat to the point when tiny bubbles form around edges of pan).
