Recipe of Super Quick Homemade Ramen

Hey everyone, it is me, Dave, welcome to my recipe site. Today, we’re going to prepare a special dish, ramen. It is one of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I am going to make it a bit tasty. This will be really delicious.

Ramen is one of the most popular of current trending foods in the world. It’s easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. It is enjoyed by millions every day. They’re fine and they look fantastic. Ramen is something which I’ve loved my whole life.

To get started with this particular recipe, we must prepare a few ingredients. You can have ramen using 23 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Ramen:
  1. Take Prep time 15 mnts
  2. Get Cook time 10 mnts
  3. Take Total time 25 mnts
  4. Get sesame oil
  5. Make ready sriracha sauce
  6. Prepare red chilli flakes
  7. Get small onion diced
  8. Make ready tomato diced
  9. Get ginger grated
  10. Prepare garlic grated
  11. Prepare salt
  12. Make ready water
  13. Prepare chicken stock
  14. Get soy sauce
  15. Get vinegar
  16. Get instant noodles (knorr or maggi)
  17. Make ready spring onions finely chopped
  18. Make ready soft boiled eggs
  19. Prepare Coriander for garnish
  20. Get Sesame seeds for garnish
  21. Get Shredded chicken
  22. Take Lemon wedges
  23. Get Carrots
Steps to make Ramen:
  1. Measure all ingredients and keep aside.
  2. Add sriracha sauce and sesame oil in a pot an let it bubble, add the onions and tomatoes and cook for approx. 3 mnts while stirring occasionally. Add ginger garlic and cook for 2 more minutes until soft. Now add water and bring it to a boil. Transfer this into a blender and blend into a smooth mixture. Return it to the pot and add the chicken stock and let it simmer until it boils. Now add soy sauce and vinegar and cook for 5 to 10 more minutes on low heat.
  3. Now put in the noodles and cook for 2 more minutes. You do not want the noodles to over cook or become soggy. Now for plating, in a large bowl, pour in some stock, then the noodles and top it off with shredded chicken, carrots, lemon, spring onions, coriander. egg and anything else that you would like to top it up with. Sprinkle some sesame seeds lastly and enjoy it hot.
